Which is contrasting with the dynamic and modern Saigon. During a peaceful journey, you will see and feel the contrast of this region, from war tunnels where people lived, to the rich avenues of Saigon, through the lush jungle.
DAY 1. TAN SON NHAT AIRPORT – HO CHI MINH CITY (D)
Arriving in Ho Chi Minh City, first exploration of the bubbling Saigon. Main sightseeing and really iconic traditional places of the legendary town.
DAY 2. HO CHI MINH CITY – TAY NINH – CU CHI TUNNELS – HO CHI MINH CITY (B, L)
Discovering day to the north region of Saigon, near Cambodian border. Immersion in the narrow tunnels of Cu Chi and discover how people had survived hereby. Diving into Caodaism religion and culture in Tay Ninh province.
DAY 3. HO CHI MINH CITY – BEN TRE – CAN THO (B, L, D)
Departure to the green & luxuriant Mekong Delta, among jungle, rivers & coconut land. Degustation of specialties from the region: fresh fruits, pomelos, several coconuts products, Elephant Ear Fish for lunch… And a small cruise on river.
DAY 4. CAN THO – HO CHI MINH CITY (B, L)
Early wake up to take boat & visit the most animated Floating Market in Vietnam. Visit the farms in Can Tho on the way back to Ho Chi Minh City.
DAY 5. HO CHI MINH CITY – DEPARTURE (B)
Free time at leisure for a last shopping moment before transfer to Tan Son Nhat International Airport for your flight.
